————-

Temperature :

Prefers 18–24°C during the day and cooler nights around 15–18°C. Sensitive to cold and sudden temperature changes.

Lighting preference :

Needs bright, indirect light. A few hours of gentle morning sun are ideal, but avoid harsh midday sun indoors.

 Irrigation of water :

Keep soil consistently moist but never soggy. Water when the top layer begins to dry. Use slightly acidic, filtered water if possible.

 Humidity :

Loves high humidity. Mist regularly or use a humidity tray to prevent buds from dropping.

Fertilization and feeding :

Feed every 2–3 weeks during spring and summer with an acidic fertilizer (like one for azaleas or camellias). Stop feeding in winter.

 Flowering :

Produces highly fragrant, creamy-white blossoms, usually in late spring to summer. Indoor plants may bloom multiple times if cared for properly.

 Soil :

Requires acidic, well-draining soil rich in organic matter. A peat-based mix is ideal.

 Toxicity :

Mildly toxic if ingested by pets or children.

 Pot Size :

Choose a pot with good drainage. Repot every 2–3 years after flowering season to refresh the soil.

Pruning :

Prune lightly after flowering to maintain shape and encourage new growth. Remove spent blooms to prolong flowering.

 Diseases :

Prone to bud drop if conditions are unstable. Watch for spider mites, aphids, and fungal leaf spots.

 Air Purification :

Adds freshness and fragrance to indoor air, but not a strong toxin-removing plant.
