Shipping Policy

  • All orders from AlmadaratShop.com are delivered directly to your doorstep anywhere within Saudi Arabia.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 4 – 9 business days, depending on product availability.
  • Most deliveries are completed within 72 hours following customer order confirmation.
  • While we strive to deliver within estimated timeframes, please note these are approximate. If your order is not delivered within 14 days of confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to reasons beyond our control, such as customer unavailability or request deferral.
  • Orders are processed every day except Fridays.
  • Correct and accurate shipping details are the customer’s responsibility; delays or losses due to incorrect information are not the responsibility of AlmadaratShop.
  • Upon order confirmation, you will receive an invoice via email. Our delivery department will process and ensure the safety of your order, and customer service will confirm delivery details and time. The courier will deliver the order and collect payment as agreed.
  • Almadarat Shop does not provide goods or services to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in compliance with KSA law.
  • Multiple transactions may result in multiple entries on the cardholder’s monthly statement.
  • Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery by our logistics provider.
  • All items are quality-controlled prior to dispatch. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us immediately at hello@almadaratshop.com to arrange a return.

Returns Policy

  • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be new, unused, in their original packaging, with the original invoice and all tags attached.
  • Returns that are damaged, used, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be returned to you.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, after deduction of any applicable bank charges.
  • If you believe you have received an incorrect refund, please contact hello@almadaratshop.com.
  • Please note, card refunds may take up to 30 business days to process, depending on your bank’s procedures and working days. AlmadaratShop is not liable for any delays by card companies.
