Orders are delivered to the customer within 2 – 7 business days depending on the readiness of the products to be Shipped.
Delivery is usually within 72 hours of confirmation of the order with the customer
Although we are strongly committed to communicating within the estimated Normal time frames , the delivery time frames are only estimates . The time frame starts from the time the order is confirmed, but if we do not deliver your Order within 10 days of confirming , we will refund the full payment .
We are not responsible for non-delivery for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including your failure to receive the request or defer the request. Orders are accepted daily except Fridays.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to you. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at support@AlMadaratshop.com, and arrange for the faulty Product to be returned to us.
Al Madarat shop wants you to be pleased with your purchase, and so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, Al Madarat shop will refund your purchase within thirty (14) days of delivery of your purchased Products. Please go through the Returns Policy available on the Website . Products purchased through the Website should be returned new, unused, in their original packaging and with the original invoice and all Product tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted by Al Madarat shop and may be sent back to you.
All correctly returned Products will be refunded to the original purchaser as credit to the relevant credit/debit card or bank account used for the transaction after deducting the applicable bank charges (if any). If you think that we have provided you with an incorrect refund, please contact us immediately on email@example.com.
Please note card refunds may take up to thirty (30)business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
